Improve Your Immunity With This Home-Made Juice

Everybody needs to drink fresh juices and treat themselves good. For this easy recipe you don’t need much, just a little time and love. Love is the most important ingredient of life. 1 kg. peeled and cleaned apples
500 g. peeled and cleaned carrots
600 g. sugar
30 g. of lemon juice
6 liters of water

1. In a pot put the sliced apples and add 1 liter of water. Then in another pot slice the carrots and add about half a liter of water ( just enough to cover the carrots, but if you need more water during the cooking you can pour some more ). Simmer the ingredients until they are soft.

2. When the apples and carrots are soft, drain them ( save the juice ) and put them in blender and make a smoothie.

3. To cook the juice you need a container of 9 liters (at least). Put the juice In a bowl, add the smoothie and pour in 4,5 liters of water. Stir well and cook. After the liquid has boiled cook for another 25 minutes, stirring occasionally. You’ll get about 6 liters of juice.

4. Preheat the oven at 80 ° C and place the glass bottles ( without the plug ) in for 15 minutes. Pour the prepared hot juice into a hot bottle, 2-3 cm below the rim. Close the bottles and turn them upside down, plug down. Leave them to stand for about 15 minutes, then turn the bottles and store them in a cold room.

The Juice can stand from 5 to 7 days in the cold room or fridge (verified).
