A 3-Day Potato Diet

The amazing diet that we have for you today is based on potatoes and it can help you lose up to 2 kilos in only 3 days! Below you are going to see 2 different potato recipes – you should pick one and stick to it until the end of the diet, or you can alternate between them day by day.

It is very important to remember not to peel the fruit and the veggies that are included in the diet plan and to consume only integral bread.

Here is the diet plan :

For Breakfast

One piece of toast, low-fat spread, two tomatoes or two cucumbers


Fresh radishes

For Lunch

#1 Potato salad recipe

You need to cut 200 gr. of boiled potatoes and 100 gr. of fresh tomatoes on circles. Mix them with 4 tablespoons of broth and one tablespoon of apple cider vinegar. Add a bit of minced garlic, salt and pepper to taste.

#2 Potato salad recipe

You will need to fry 200 gr. of peeled potatoes and 2 scallions with a bit of olive oil and add spices to taste.


One apple, 150 gr. of low-fat yogurt

For Dinner

Put 200 gr. of peeled potatoes and one teaspoon of olive oil on a sheet of baking paper in some pan and bake the potatoes for about 40 minutes on 200C.

You need to pick one of the potato recipes for lunch and continue the diet for 3 days.

If you follow the plan strictly and you also start exercising for at least 30 minutes a day, you can expect to lose about 2 kg. or even more in just 3 days. Repeat this process as long as you need and you will be fit just in time for summer.
